In order to register:
- You must be a registered member of St. Philip's
Parish.
- If you have been in our program, all work must
be completed from the previous year in order to go to the next
grade.
- Please fill out one form for each
child.
- Extra registration forms are in the main lobby
of the Church.
Baptismal Certificates:
Certificates are needed for students in First Communion and
Confirmation Classes. Please attach baptismal certificate
to the registration form.
